Eric is a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry. Prior to joining EY, he worked at several multinational companies specializing in oil and gas, mining, electricity, and process industries. He is an energy and consumer product enthusiast with cross-country experience, including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, Taiwan, and India.
Eric completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration at RMIT University and a master’s degree in Business Administration at Deakin University.
How Eric is building a better working world
Eric started his career as a process engineer at Shell Refinery. However, he spent most of his career in consulting with a focus on strategy and operations improvement, designing and delivering practical solutions, and delivering sustainable value across different industries (energy, chemicals, and FMCG).
